Since admission as a legal practitioner in 2017, Brooke has practised exclusively in local government and planning law. Brooke has experience in matters within Class 1, 2, and 4 of the NSW Land and Environment Court’s jurisdiction as well as planning matters in the NSW Supreme Court.

Brooke advises and assists clients with a range of issues relating to development applications and development appeals spanning across many forms of development including child care facilities, dual occupancies, dwelling houses, places of public worship, secondary dwellings, boarding houses, residential accommodation and shop top housing.

Making the Dean’s List in 2021, Brooke is currently studying a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of NSW and is set to graduate in 2024.

Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with her dog, Olive, and competing in Flyball competitions across Australia.
